Ius Alumni Office

The Alumni Organization of the Faculty of Law, which was established in 2004, is one of the fastest growing alumni organizations of the University of Zurich.

The Alumni of the Faculty of Law promote contact and the exchange of information between graduates of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich as well as between graduates and the members of the Zurich Faculty. They publicize the qualities of the Faculty of Law in teaching and research and consequently make them more attractive to students. They also reinforce the value of the Faculty’s academic degrees in the employment market for legal professions.

The Ius Alumni Office offers young graduates from the Faculty of Law excellent opportunities to exchange knowledge and ideas with high-quality former members of our Faculty, to benefit from their experience and establish their first, valuable contacts.

The Ius Alumni Office and the Alumni Foundation also provide the Faculty with a very important facility in the form of the Ius Alumni House, which, with regard to the introduction of the double degree Master’s programs, was a crucial factor in the establishment of the various collaboration agreements with partner universities abroad.

All graduates of the Faculty of Law (whether holders of Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees) may become a member of the Ius Alumni Office.
