In honor of Dr. Ursula Brunner († 2019), who as a lawyer and legal scholar contributed significantly to the development of environmental law in Switzerland, the Ursula Brunner Lecture Series was launched in the fall of 2021 by Prof. Dr. Helen Keller, Prof. Dr. Johannes Reich, and Dr. Corina Heri. In the context of the climate crisis, the lecture series is dedicated to the relationship between the environment and human rights. Hoping and purposing to enrich the legal debate with a multidisciplinary perspective, renowned speakers are invited to make important contributions to the topic of the lecture series.
