National and International Cooperation

Thanks to the Faculty of Law’s numerous collaborations with partner faculties in Switzerland and abroad, students and faculty members have many opportunities for national and international exchanges through the various mobility programs.

The Faculty of Law has concluded a large number of faculty agreements with partner faculties around the world that offer students the opportunity to study at the respective partner university for one or two semesters as part of a mobility program.

The agreements running under the Swiss-European Mobility Program (SEMP) are a useful complement to the faculty agreements and are extremely popular with students. They allow for mobility within Europe at Bachelor’s and Master’s level that takes into account students’ individual interests.

Within the framework of the Joint and Double Degree Master's programs, students at Master's level also have the opportunity to complement their studies with a stay at the University of Lausanne (Joint Degree) or at one of nine partner faculties abroad (Double Degree).
