Please understand that we cannot offer legal advice for private matters, as this requires (even in ‘small’ cases) a precise analysis of the facts and a thorough examination of the legal situation. We do not have the time to do this. Nevertheless, various organisations provide free legal information centres which you can contact at any time, e.g. the Zurich District Court  or the Zurich Bar Association.
