Case study in tort law

The subject of the case work is the contractual law of frustration of contract and/or the non-contractual law of damages. The successful completion of the lectures OR I and Liability Law is a prerequisite. If, depending on the case, aspects are to be dealt with that are the subject of the lecture OR II, the independent acquisition of the relevant knowledge is expected.

Enrolment will be communicated via the student portal .

At this point, online access to the facts of the case to be processed and to further information will be activated. Case processing is handled completely and exclusively via OLAT. You will be automatically added to the OLAT course after the cancellation deadline.

Submission is only possible electronically (as a PDF) via OLAT and is not possible outside this time window. Failure to submit within the deadline will result in a negative grade.
