László Komáromi holds a PhD in Law and Political Science (2008) and is employed as associate professor at the Department of Legal History at the Faculty of Law of Pázmány Péter Catholic University in Budapest (Hungary). After postdoctoral research stays at different academic institutions (Max Planck Institute for European Legal History, Frankfurt am Main; Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, Heidelberg; University of Notre Dame, IN, USA), he is now working at c2d as visiting scholar with a Swiss government postdoctoral scholarship.
