Alejandra joined the c2d team in September 2010 for a nine months research stay supported by the Federal Commission for Foreign Students (FCS). Her scholarshop recently got extended for another year. She works on participatory mechanisms on the subnational level. At her home university, the Universidad de la República in Montevideo, Uruguay, she follows a master programme in Political Science.
