The course covers the fundamentals of Swiss corporate law, particularly, knowledge about the most common forms of organization used to carry on business, their incorporation, the nature of the interests at stake in a business enterprise, the rights and responsibilities of stakeholder groups, and the dissolution of the various forms of corporations.
Course objectives
- Overview of corporate law.
- Knowledge about the incorporation, the various forms, and the dissolution of business organizations.
- Introduction into the method of solving corporate law cases.
