Practical courses in criminal law I (Übungen Spring Term 2026)

Course content

Students should gain access to basic questions, principles and solution methods of the general part (AT) of criminal law on a scientific basis, which will enable them to deal with the subject matter confidently.
At the end of the semester, they will be able to independently analyse cases from the area of the general part of StGB and solve them in an expert opinion.

Case collections / slides of the practical courses

Will be publishedon OLAT. Please note that the case collections will be published before, but the course slides only after the respective course has taken place.
