Das von Prof. Dr. Helmut Heiss und Prof. Dr. Anton K. Schnyder geleitete Projekt zu den "Principles of European Insurance Contract Law" (PRICL; https://www.rwi.uzh.ch/de/oe/PRICL) wird ab sofort in Kooperation mit dem International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT; http://www.unidroit.org/) in Rom geführt. Die Generalversammlung von UNIDROIT hat die Kooperation mit Beschluss vom 1. Dezember 2016 in das Arbeitsprogramm des Instituts für die Jahre 2017 - 2019 aufgenommen.
