Graduation Ceremonies Faculty of Law

The Corona pandemic this spring has left striking cuts in our daily routine, and many things are not possible at the moment in the way they were before. This includes the organization of major events, such as the Law Faculty's graduation ceremonies.

After careful consideration and taking into account the protective measures, the Faculty of Law has cancelled the graduation ceremonies on October 29, 2020 and November 2, 2020.

The Faculty of Law extends its sincere congratulations to the following graduates of the Spring 2020 semester on their successful graduation:

The University of Zurich awards Dr. Lukas Brugger the Issekutz Prize for his dissertation on "The Mixed Foundation - The Foundation for the Pursuit of Different Purposes in the Light of the Swiss Civil Code and the Austrian PSG".

The Issekutz Fund was created in 1998 through the donations of a married couple who do not wish to be named. The available funds are used to award outstanding work (seminar papers, dissertations, post-doctoral theses) in the field of private and public business law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich.
