In this course we will discuss approaches taken in different jurisdictions towards key problems of civil litigation. A detailed programme will be published at the beginning of the semester.
A compendium of selected articles and cases will be made available at the beginning of the semester.
Since this is a workshop-style course, class attendance and participation in the discussions is mandatory and will count towards your grade. In addition, students are expected to give a presentation on one of the topics of the course. Finally, there will be an oral exam at the end of the course.
